AUSTIN, TX - April 23, 2013 — All Media For Immediate Release

ClearCube Technology aClearCube announces ClientCube 2, a unique zero client-based device used by intelligence agencies, military command centers, and high security agencies to consolidate access to multiple classified and unclassified networks in one desktop device.

ClientCube2 can be used to connect to SIPRnet, JWICS, NIPRnet and other networks from a single mouse, keyboard and dual displays through as many as four embedded Zero Clients while maintaining physical network separation to centralized computing resources in the datacenter.

“Our military customers in theater asked for a quickly deployable, totally secure device that would support connection to multiple level networks. ClientCube2 is factory integrated at ClearCube’s secured facility. We’ve had 1000s of ClientCubes successfully delivered into battle zones with highly accelerated deployment parameters for tactical operations centers,” said Jim Zakzeski, VP, Business Development and Marketing.

This sleek all-in-one desktop unit integrates secure stateless zero client devices with a NIAP-approved secure KVM (keyboard-video-mouse) switch to create secure cross domain access.

The integrated, Secure KVM features true data path isolation for superior security and data protection for government agencies. One of the most utilized preventive measures for thwarting attacks, KVM switching devices can be used to securely connect peripheral devices, including audio equipment and large high-resolution displays, and to switch quickly among multiple computers and networks with a single keyboard, monitor, mouse, and smart card reader. It is fully compatible with legacy and new government systems and is listed and approved to the latest KVM testing standard (EAL 2, Protection Profile v2.1).

ClientCube2’s secure KVM switch features uni-directional data flow that prevents upstream USB intrusion; high-retention force USB connectors to eliminate un-expected cable disconnections; illuminated and color-coded port indicators; and common access card (CAC) port locking that maintains user login to selected host networks.

ClientCube 2 optimizes every inch of consumption. Low profile zero clients for fiber and copper based networks are tightly coupled with the Secure KVM switch to eliminate excess cable lengths and wasted power connections.
