Randy Printz is President and Chief Executive Officer at ClearCube Technology. Randy is responsible for all aspects of the company's operations and lead's the company as it meets the growing market demand for its virtual desktop and centralized computing solutions.
Randy brings with him over 24 years of high tech experience from companies that include Raytheon, Hughes and Honeywell. Prior to joining ClearCube Technology, Randy held the position of senior vice president of worldwide operations for Sanmina-SCI's ODM Computing
Kenneth A. Minihan, Lt. General (Ret) USAF, a Principal at Paladin Homeland Security Fund, L.P., was the Director of the National Security Agency/Central Security Service. During his military service at the national level, Lt. General Minihan demonstrated a long history of making new technologies operational and implementing leading edge services and products in a competitive environment where lives were often at risk. He has a history of exceeding expectations for performance and timeliness. During the last twenty years of the Cold War and the transition to the Information Age, he was instrumental in the definition and selection of technology solutions to solve the most difficult national security information needs. Throughout that time, Lt. General Minihan helped set the performance standards for information enterprise operations.
Since leaving government service in 1999, he has served on a number of Boards and Associations at the national level. Lt. General Minihan is the Chairman and President of the Security Affairs Support Association, which focuses on shared government and industry national intelligence and technology challenges. He also is a member of the Air Force Association, the National Military Intelligence Association and other national organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors, the Board of Advisors and otherwise consults with a significant number of early stage technology, security and infrastructure service companies. Lt. General Minihan has substantial experience in fund raising, enterprise operations, business development and business readiness assurance. While at the National Security Agency, he was instrumental in the definition and implementation of the National Information Assurance Program. He devotes considerable attention to and consults on national security affairs.
David Poltack joined TVM Capital in September 2000 after more than six years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston, where he achieved the rank of manager and specialized in the areas of venture capital and healthcare. As a member of TVM Captial's corporate finance team, David works closely with the Life Science Team and the Information Technology Team and concentrates on all issues of corporate finance involving the TVM Capital portfolio companies. His responsibilities include performing financial due diligence before TVM Capital invests, coordinating term sheets and legal documents, monitoring investments, structuring and coordinating acquisitions/mergers and preparing portfolio companies for IPO or trade sale. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Boston College, an MBA with honors from Suffolk University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
With over 13 years of corporate and government leadership experience, Michael Moniz also serves as the President, co-founder and CEO of Circadence Corporation, a Boulder, Colorado-based industry-leading provider of wide area network (WAN) optimization technology to the US Government and commercial enterprises. He was also Vice President of Online Network Enterprises, Inc. from 1995 until its merger with VR•1. Under Mr. Moniz’s direction, VR•1 changed its name to Circadence and focused on both the online entertainment market and the development of solutions for bandwidth-constrained services over the Internet.
During his career, Mr. Moniz has been instrumental in raising over $200 million in funding and building strategic relationships with Boeing Corporation, Smiths Aerospace, CSK Ventures (Hitachi), Microsoft, Deutsche Telekom, Hewlett Packard, Global Crossing, Pacific Century Cyberworks Japan (PCCWJ) and Accenture. He also successfully negotiated strategic alliance and business contracts with industry leaders as diverse as Microsoft, British Telecom, France Telecom, Bertelsmann, Samsung, AOL, Panasonic and Sony. In February 2001, Mr. Moniz negotiated the sale of the VR•1 entertainment division to Pacific Century Cyber Works Japan for $38 million in stock consideration and $10 million cash. |
