Certified ClearCube System Engineers (CCSEs) are qualified engineers who have achieved technical expertise in the complete operation of ClearCube hardware and software, including installation, configuration, support and troubleshooting.

Level 1 Certification - Basic ability to install and configure ClearCube hardware and software solutions. The steps to successfully complete CCSE Level 1 certification include:

1. Successfully complete the ClearCube Installation and Configuration class.
2. Pass the CCSE Level 1 Exam, proving the technical competency required to perform the tasks.

Upon completion of Level 1 certification, system engineer candidates are eligible for Level 2 certification.

Level 2 Certification - Ability to provide full ClearCube product support, including hardware and software troubleshooting. The steps to successfully complete CCSE Level 2 certification include:

1. Successfully achieve CCSE Level 1 status.
2. Successfully complete the Support and Troubleshooting class.
3. Pass the CCSE Level 2 Exam, proving technical competency required to perform the tasks.

Certified ClearCube Systems Instructors (CCSIs) are qualified technical trainers, who pass a rigorous "train-the-trainer" program to present ClearCube technical courses. This program is designed to support technical trainers delivering classes at ClearCube Channel Partner locations.

CCSI candidates must meet the following minimum prerequisites to participate:

• Experience as a technical trainer, with a track record delivering quality network related, hands-on classes.
• PC hardware installation and PC server installation experience
• Basic knowledge of image preparation.
• Basic knowledge of network operations, including but not limited to Windows Networking, TCP/IP Networking, hardware configuration of network switches and/or routers, and network delivery media (such as copper and/or fiber media).

Once these prerequisites are confirmed, instructor candidates must complete the following steps to successfully complete their certification requirements:

1. Successfully achieve CCSE Level 2 status.
2. Pass the CCSI Exam, proving familiarity with the courseware required to professionally present the material.
3. Successfully teach 100% of the Install and Configuration Class with a certified ClearCube Instructor present.
4. Successfully co-teach at least 50% of Support and Troubleshooting with a certified ClearCube instructor present.

Successful certification is determined following the co-taught workshop, through a combination of ClearCube instructor feedback and student evaluations.
