The Dynamic Allocation Module manages all of the connection brokering tasks through static or dynamic mappings of users, or devices to blades or virtual machines based on availability and utilization.
The Switching Module leverages the ClearCube chassis switching functions to give your users 99.9% uptime and allow administrators to take hardware control of any blade, or virtual machine.
The Virtualization Module integrates Sentral deeper into your Virtual Desktop environment by giving access and control of the key functions of desktop virtualization to the IT administrator.
With ClearCube Sentral, users can log in from anywhere and be directed to centralized blades or virtual desktop sessions. Sentral's Dynamic Allocation feature also maps groups of users to pools of centralized resources. When dynamic mappings are configured, users are assigned to blades or virtual machines based on intelligent algorithms that determine availability and utilization.
Users can roam from station to station, or to different locations, and always be reconnected to their existing sessions. This means roaming users can leave a workstation, and then reconnect to their sessions from another workstation without having to restart applications or endure lengthy login processes.
In addition, users can log in from a ClearCube access device running the Sentral Client, or they can log in from any machine with a supported browser and have direct access to their remote desktop. This means users can login from home, from hotels, or from any machine with an Internet connection, and securely access a blade located in the corporate data center.
ClearCube Sentral connects users anywhere to their centralized computing resources.
ClearCube Sentral also integrates monitoring and alerting features with third party applications. Administrators can customize alerting events and thresholds, choosing the notification method when an alerting event is triggered. The Sentral Client will send alerts to the Sentral Console, email notifications, and/or standards-based messages to third party applications.
Designed to scale from small businesses to large enterprises, ClearCube Sentral offers complete control to IT departments everywhere.
