Market Leading PC Blade Vendor Appoints New CFO and VP of Sales  

Austin, Texas (July 12, 2004) - ClearCube Technology, the market leader and pioneer in PC Blade computing, today announced the appointment of Donald Neville as chief financial officer and James Benard as vice president of worldwide sales operations.   Together, these senior executives bring more than 40 years of expertise to the ClearCube management team.

Boisvert cited the extensive talents and expertise that both men bring to the company. "Don has an outstanding track record of managing and resolving complex financial and operational issues. Jim has a demonstrated ability to leverage information technology to optimize planning, measurement, and control. Each executive is at the top of his field."

Neville will be in charge of all finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, corporate finance, investor relations, internal controls, treasury, tax, and risk management. He brings a strong and diverse background in financial management and strategic planning to the company. Neville is a partner at Tatum CFO Partners, the largest CFO firm in the United States. He has also served as CFO for companies such as Tanisys Technology, TMD, Mall.com and Plasmaco, following several years with Deloitte and Touche.

Benard will be responsible for managing sales operations in the United States and overseas. He provides over 19 years of leadership experience, with a special focus on maximizing operational efficiencies and increasing customer satisfaction. Prior to ClearCube, Benard served in senior positions at a number of corporations such as Stratus Technologies, SalesCentrics, Enterasys Networks/Cabletron Systems, and Amdahl Corporation. He has also held a number of management roles in the medical field, including director, cardiology services, at Emory University System of Healthcare.

The ClearCube solution allows companies to take the computer off the user's desk, shrink it to a PC Blade, centralize the blades in a secure location and use software tools to remotely manage and switch between computers and users. The ClearCube Management Suite (CMS) enables a "touchless IT" environment where IT managers can remotely manage and control global desktop deployments. Neville and Benard join ClearCube during a period of historic growth for the company. Recent new customers include Medical Center of Central Georgia, John C. Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Oklahoma Heart Hospital, Lockheed Martin, Jackson State University and the U.S. Department of State. Additionally, ClearCube has been successfully growing business partnerships including a worldwide reseller agreement with IBM Global Services and a co-marketing and sales agreement with IBM Japan.
