ClearCube Appoints Three New Vice Presidents Seasoned Technology Executives Join ClearCube to Lead Sales and Operations Austin, Texas - March 27, 2006 - ClearCube Technology, the market leader in centralized computing solutions, today announced the appointment of three highly experienced technology executives to the company's management team: John Tyler, general manager for the Americas; Geoffrey Milstein, vice president of federal sales; and Randy Printz, vice president of worldwide operations. These skilled veterans join ClearCube to help bolster the company's reach into key markets, including government, financial services and healthcare. A seasoned sales and executive management veteran with more than 23 years of experience, Tyler has proven instrumental in helping companies grow their revenue and develop new markets. As the ClearCube general manager for the Americas Tyler will be responsible for managing and leading all revenue generating activities across in the region. Tyler has held executive sales, marketing, strategy, and operations positions with Compaq, Diebold, and Carreker. During his tenure at Diebold, Tyler held several key roles including worldwide software and services, VP North America Sales, and VP National Accounts. While at Carreker he organized and led the worldwide sales organization for the Global Payments Technology Group. As a part of the Americas team, Milstein takes on the responsibility of driving ClearCube's federal sales initiatives. He comes armed with extensive experience in developing strategies for worldwide growth, leadership and development at firms that include Veritas Software Corp., EMC Corp., Invincible Technologies, Solaris Systems and Unisys. In his most recent role as the director for Department of Defense and intelligence community initiatives at Veritas, Milstein oversaw a cross-functional sales and engineering team consisting of more than 30 representatives, with an annual budget in excess of $100 million in revenue. As ClearCube's new VP of worldwide operations, Printz will be responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, service and support. Printz has built a successful career spanning more than 22 years of global high tech experience with companies including Sanmina, Dell, Eurologic, Raytheon, and Adaptec. Printz joined ClearCube from Sanmina, where he served as senior vice president of worldwide operations and was responsible for quality, supply chain, materials, business operations, new product introductions, service and support. Tyler, Milstein and Printz join ClearCube during a period of impressive growth for the company.
