The new chassis and management software give customers more flexibility for connecting PC Blades to a wider range of industry standard peripheral devices and user ports while giving IT managers unprecedented levels of asset control and reliability. The new chassis is based on a modular architecture that can be configured to support both directly-connected and Ethernet-connected User Ports - small devices that sit at the user's desk and connect to their monitor, keyboard, mouse and USB peripherals.
