ClearCube Grows Management Team By 75 Percent

Adds New Vice Presidents for Operations, Sales, Federal Sales and Global Alliances

Austin, TX – August 20, 2002—ClearCube Technology, Inc., the market pioneer and industry leader in client blade computing and remote desktop management, today announced four new additions to its management team -- adding vice president posts to sales, operations, federal sales and global alliances. All positions directly report to president and CEO, Mike Frost.

“The addition of Roger, Mark, Donald and Jim to our executive team strengthens our solid management infrastructure and prepares us to meet the increasing market demand for computing solutions that differentiate and resolve the problems with the stagnated traditional desktop market,” said Mike Frost, president and CEO of ClearCube Technology.

ClearCube resolves these issues with its unique Business Computer (BC) architecture, returning control of the desktop to the IT manager without sacrificing the flexibility and performance users expect from a Wintel computer. The ClearCube solution is simple: Take the computer off the user’s desk, centralize it in a secure location, and remotely switch and manage users between computers from anywhere in the world.

Continued Frost, “Although many desktop vendors are facing challenging times, we have seen tremendous demand for this client blade desktop solution – having recently closed deals with industry leaders such as AAA, the US Air Force, and TRANE Manufacturing. With such a high level of activity, we felt it necessary to further expand our management team. This will enable us to not only meet, but exceed the expectations of our growing customer and partner base.”

New vice president of operations, Roger Lane, brings with him over 20 years of operations management expertise, including his most recent position at MSI Holdings where he served as chief operating officer. Lane will be responsible for world wide manufacturing and operations at ClearCube.

Mark Lunny has been appointed to vice president of federal sales, where he will continue to drive sales efforts of ClearCube’s client blade computing solution into the government market. Lunny has extensive experience in the government sector, having served in the United States Navy, and most recently, directing national sales programs at Vignette Corporation and Niksun, Inc.

Newly appointed to the position of vice president of sales, Donald Marcotte will be responsible for leading the ClearCube sales organization and driving new business leads in enterprise markets and the financial services and healthcare sectors. Marcotte joins ClearCube from Trintech, Inc., where he served as group vice president of worldwide banking sales.

Jim Isbell will serve as Vice President of Global Alliances, forging relationships with outsourcing companies and working with the top five consulting firms. Isbell brings more than 28 years’ experience in the computing and technology industries focusing for the last 12 years on building alliances and creating strategic partnerships. Most recently, Isbell served as vice president of business development at Exterprise, Inc.
