ClearCube Technology, Inc., a leading USA-based computer systems manufacturer that serves government, military, healthcare, and finance industries worldwide, is proud to announce we have been awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certification for our Design, Development, and Manufacturing.
ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard that describes the requirements needed in order to implement and maintain a quality management system that would allow an organization to demonstrate the ability of its products and services to fulfill client and regulatory demands, as well as integrate and align internal processes that enhance competitiveness, and customer satisfaction. “ClearCube has always been ISO compliant for Manufacturing, and the decision to work towards attaining the ISO 9001:2015 Certification for Design and Development was guided by our commitment to providing the highest quality products,” said Ali Syed, Director of Engineering. “Receiving ISO certification for our Design and Development of Remote Solutions is a testament to our tight process control and world-class engineering practices,” he said.
For every company, the journey to certification requires time, effort, and unwavering dedication. We commenced our preparation a year ago by using business metrics to assess our existing tools, techniques, and procedures, and bringing them into line with the new compliance requirements. In order to be able to assess compliance based on our company’s standards, ClearCube sent two staff members through training to become internal auditors. “Having trained internal auditors on our team has enabled us to deeply evaluate our quality management system, to stay focused on ensuring process transparency, improve operational efficiency, and to identify opportunities for improvement that would let us implement corrective actions on time,” said Terry Moore, Legal Contract Administrator-Operations.
Our staff members were empowered through learning clear expectations, and actionable feedback on their performance. Every layer of our routine operations was closely monitored, reviewed, and documented to meet ongoing changes. “Achieving quality excellence is in our genes and I am proud of my team for undertaking the updated certification to maintain the highest standards,” said Tanner Rose, Director of Operations. “Our continuous investment in R&D, cutting-edge technology, and intuitive tools and techniques demonstrate our eagerness to consistently provide world-class customer service,” he added.
Being ISO 9001:2015 certified empowers ClearCube to utilize the latest in technology to create modern resources and solutions that effectively fulfill unique customer needs. “ClearCube understands that businesses cannot waste time worrying about unreliable computer and network-related systems in this competitive digital age because they have more important decisions to make. This is where the certification comes in,” said Crosby Marks, Director of Customer Support. “We are confident that it will further boost our clientele’s trust in the team’s ability to tirelessly deliver results and blaze a trail with custom-crafted offerings that do exactly what is expected of them,” he said.
Since its inception, ClearCube’s approach to service delivery has been associated with driving customer satisfaction and sustained process excellence. We pride in providing hardware and software solutions with advanced configurations that manage task, knowledge, and power user workloads.
